KY Foods Co., Ltd. is a company led by President and CEO Yuki Yamanaka, and its headquarters are located in Kitakami City, Iwata Prefecture. KY Foods Co., Ltd. announces that, effective November 2026, it will acquire all shares of P&C Factory Co., Ltd., headquartered in Rifu Town, Miyagi Prefecture, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
